August 2

6:00 p.m.- Jason Randall Himschoot, 29, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street on charges of violation of a no contact order, neglect of a dependent person and tampering with witness or jury by the Tama County Sheriffs Office. Released on bond Aug. 17 at 9:55 a.m.

August 3

9:30 p.m.- Rhonda Jean Himschoot, 39, Traer, arrested in the 600 block North St. on the charge of child endangerment by Tama County Sheriffs office. Released on personal recognizance bond at 11:30 a.m.

August 4

3:20 p.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 32, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of McClellan Street on a Tribal Court warrant by Tama Police. Released on Tribal surety bond at 5:20 p.m.

August 5

10:50 a.m.- Bryan Mark Branscomb, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the Linn County Jail on a failure to appear warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

August 6

12:42 a.m.- Andrew Jonathan Townsend, 24, Gladbrook, charged on Highway 63 at E29 ona charge of driving with license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

August 7

10:40 a.m.- Gerald Reese Morgan, 22, rural Tama, arrested on three warrants, and charges of 2nd degree criminal mischief, driving while barred, tribal court warrant, 2nd offense operating while intoxicated, eluding police, harassment, possesion of drug paraphernalia open container an interference with official acts by Tama Police and Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:19 p.m.- Jason Randall Himschoot, 29, Traer, charged in the Tama County jail with violation of a no contact order by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on bond on Aug. 17 at 9:55 a.m.

3:47 p.m.- Michelle Sue Thomas, 43, Clinton, charged in Benton County jail with failure to appear, theft in the 5th degree and a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 8 at 5:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:53 p.m.- Drew Alan Mathes,26, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block Beautiful St. on the charge of domestic abuse assault, 2nd offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s office. Released on surety bond on Aug. 8 at 3:50 p.m.
