July 25
3:41 a.m.- Michael Cheyenne Brezina, 18, rural Traer, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age and charged at 5:50 a.m. with public intoxication at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
3:41 a.m.- 16-year-old male, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:44 a.m.- Gregory Lloyd Proctor, 52, Traer, charged with five counts of providing alcohol to a minor by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on personal recognizance bond at 5:05 p.m.
11 a.m.- Edward Navarro, 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of public intoxication and a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
5:36 p.m.- Ren Verlyn Corral, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Highway c30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.
11:33 p.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 46 rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear. Transferred on July 26 at 2:42 a.m.
July 27-
8:46 a.m.- Niel Joseph Beck, 47, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2000 block of Highway E64 on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
2:05 p.m.- Rodriguez, Mario E. 22, Fremont, Calif., arrested at Kwik Star in Toledo on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police and at 9:21 P.M. at the Tama County jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:28 p.m.- Kyla Jena Sanache, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive, Tama , on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on July 28 at 4:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.
11:35 p.m.- Louis F. Saunsoci, 32, Macy Neb., arrested at the Meskwaki Hotel on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 2.
July 28
8 a.m.- 17-year-old male arrested at an un-noted location of a charge of 3rd degree burglary of an unoccupied vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8:30 a.m.- Edward Matthew Mitchell, 37, Denver, Iowa, arrested at the Black Hawk County jail on five counts of 3rd degree theft and three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 1 p.m.
10:04 a.m.- Gary Ray Brownfield, 68, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of McClellan, Tama, on a charge of 2nd degree sexual abuse and a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 1:30 p.m. on surety bond.

12:45 p.m.- Christina Lynn Yanda, 37, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 1:45 p.m. after posting bond.

12:16 a.m.- Kyle Alan Neelans, 21, Dysart, arrested at an un-noted location on a warrant by the Tama?County Sheriff’s Office.
12:23 a.m.- Valerie Lorene White, 31, Gilman, arrested in the 1500 block of 385th Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury Tama?County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
8 a.m.- Jason Edward LaForte, 39, Dysart arrested at an un-noted location on a charge of harassment by Dysart Police.
9 a.m.- Louis F. Saunsoci, 32, Macy, Neb., arrested at the Tama County jail on a charge of failure to comply with the sex offender registry and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:30 p.m. on a misc. transfer.
3 p.m.- Christopher Lee Wanatee, 30, rural route Tama, arrested at Deerfield Crossing for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released to Tribal Court at 10:25 a.m. on Aug. 3.
6 p.m.- Melissa Darlene Turbett, 53, Toledo, charged at 300th Street with three counts of livestock neglect Tama?County Sheriff’s Office.
