July 7
3:24 p.m.- Jay Fitzgerald Henry Jr., 19, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:40 p.m after posting cash bond.
4:05 P.M.-Lori Ann Matejka, 49, Vinton, arrested at Cedar Valley Ranch on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
6:46 p.m.- Nick Daniel Chesser, 39, Waterloo, arrested in Howard County on two warrants for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on July 15 at 11:20 a.m. after serving time.
July 8
8 a.m.- Kari Sue Stocker, 30, Lincoln, arrested at an unnoted location on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:30 p.m.- Brandy Angela Waetermans, 28, Wagner, S.D., arrested at the Charles Mix County jail on warrants for failure to appear and violation of terms of probation and on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:36 p.m.- Jose Eduardo Gutierrez-Aguilera, 18, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and E Avenue on a charge of driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 14 at 9:35 a.m. after serving weekends in jail.
July 9-
2:50 a.m.- Katherine Leah Milk, 35, Toledo, arrested at South Main and Division streets on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
5 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 51, rural Montour, arrested in Tama on charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on July 10 at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.
July 10
12:26 a.m.- James Donovan Ward Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 260th Street on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, two counts of driving while license revoked and reckless driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 22 at 7:25 p.m. on surety bond.
3:17 a.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 27, Garwin , arrested at U.S. 30 and T Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and three counts of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 13 at 1:20 p.m. on surety bond.
