July 17

7:10 p.m.- Kevin Kyle Kroeger, 32, Toledo, arrested at the Toledo Police Station on a charge of 1st degree harassment by Tama Police and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on July 18 at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:26 p.m.- Rhonda Lee Hoyt, 30, rural Elberon, arrested on a warrant at rural Elberon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 19

12:52 a.m.- Allen Lane Papakee, 50, Toledo, arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 100 block of south Broadway by Toledo Police. Released at 8 p.m. after pleading guilty.

12:19 p.m.- Ian Niles Kapayou, 22, rural Tama, arrested on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked at Arrowhead Trailer Court by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on July 20 at 10:55 a.m.

1:30 p.m.- Blaine Avery Erickson, 45, Omaha, Neb., arrested at the Montgomery County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:45 p.m.- Allan Charles Lofquist, 29, Dunbar, arrested on a warrant for violation of terms of probation at the Linn County Jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:23 p.m.- Rhonda Lee Hoyt, 30, rural Elberon, arrested on a charge of 4th degree theft at rural Elberon by Toledo Police.
