July 8

5 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 51, rural Montour, arrested on a charge of public intoxication at 4th and McClellan streets by Tama Police. Released on July 10 at 10:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

July 10

12:26 a.m.- James Donovan Ward Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 260th Street on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving while license suspended and driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:17 a.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 27, Toledo, arrested on a charges of 1st offense drunken driving and three counts of child endangerment at U.S. Highway 30 and T Avenue by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 13 at 1:20 p.m. on surety bond.

July 12

12:02 a.m.- Mary Alice Mitchell, 32, Cedar Rapids, arrested on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving in the 3100 block of E66 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 13

2:22 a.m.- Marcus Dale Wanatee, 38, El Paso, Texas, arrested on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving in the 200 block of Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:25 p.m. on surety bond.

4:09 p.m- Jessie Lamont Millsap, 40, Oelwein, arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant at the Black Hawk County Jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:46 p.m.- Keenan Lee Bear, 22, rural Tama, arrested for Tribal Court in the 1500 block of Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 18 at 11:15 a.m. on a Tribal Court sentence.

July 14

9:28 a.m.- Robert Lee Silliman, 67, Ft. Dodge, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 17 at 5:45 p.m. on surety bond.

July 15

9:55 a.m.- Matthew Grant Snyder, 33, Garwin, arrested at the Tama County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:18 p.m.- Jason Miles Gil, 30, Toledo arrested at the Linn County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:11 p.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, arrested on a charge of driving while barred on 1st Avenue by Toledo Police.

9:03 p.m.- 12-year-old male arrested on a charge of assault on a police officer – jailer – health care worker at the Iowa Juvenile Home by Toledo Police.

July 16

6:35 p.m.- Jared Lee Metz, 34, rural Toledo, arrested on a charge of going armed with intent in the 2800 block of K Avenue by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:30 p.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 20, rural Dysart, arrested on a charge of non-certified prohibited acts and on a warrant in the 3100 block of Highway D65 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 17 at 12:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.
