July 3

1:21 a.m.- Nickolas Jay Murty, 24, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 200 block of 390th Street on a charge of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:40 p.m.

2 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 51, rural Montour, arrested in the 1800 block of E49 for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

5:17 p.m.- Miguel Angel Salgado, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of North Main street on a charge of possession of alcohol under the legal age by Toledo Police. Released on July 4 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 4

3:24 a.m.- Alex Ray Floyd, 22, Cedar Rapids, arrested on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant at the Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 5 at 12:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.

7:50 p.m.- Terrence Lamont Pollion, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested on U.S. highway 30 on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred from custody at 3:30 p.m. on July 5.

9:36 p.m.- Juan Marin-Diaz, 33, Marshalltown, arrested on charges of identity theft and public intoxication at the Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 7 at 9:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:04 p.m.- Pedro Gonzalez-Magna, 41, Marshalltown, arrested on a charge of public intoxication at the Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 5 at 11:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 5

4 p.m.- Jeffery Allen Prouty, 25, Tama, arrested on a warrant in the 700 block of 7th Street by Tama Police. Released at 8:55 p.m. on a promise to appear in court.

7:45 p.m.- Jack Robert Williams, 31, Tama, arrested on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on July 7 at 10:41 p.m. on unsecured bond.

July 7-

3:24 p.m.- Jay Fitzgerald Henry Jr., 19, Toledo, arrested on a warrant at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

4:05 p.m.- Lori Ann Matejka, 49, Vinton, arrested on two warrants for violation of terms of probation at Cedar Valley Ranch by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:46 p.m.- Nick Daniel Chesser, 39, Waterloo, arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in Howard County by the Iowa Highway Patrol. Released on July 15 at 11:20 a.m. after serving time.

July 8

1:30 p.m.- Brandy Angela Watermans, 28, Wagner, S.D., arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance a the Charles Mix County Jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:26 p.m.- Jose Eduardo Guititerrez-Aguilera, 18, Marshalltown, arrested on a charge of driving while barred at U.S. Highway 30 and E Avenue by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 9 at 1:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.
