June 29

6:23 p.m.- Sherry Elizabeth Little, 26, Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of child endangerment by Tama Police. Released on personal recognizance bond on June 30 at 9:50 a.m.

June 30

2:59 p.m.- Buenaventura C. Gomez-Rodriguez, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 and the Deer Creek bridge on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Toledo Police.

3:51 p.m.- James Alfred Handsaker, rural route Garwin, arrested in the 1400 block of 250th Street on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of pseudophedrine, possession of ethyl ether, possession of anhydrous ammonia, possession of lithium, possession of controlled substance in a premise-vehicle-dwelling, tamper-possess anhydrous ammonia, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 2

12:06 a.m.- Danny Raymond Fouch, 60, Garwin, arrested in Tama on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while license suspended by Tama Police.

2:38 a.m.- Esterlene Anne Roberts, 33, addresses of Tama and rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 305th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and for Tribal Court.

2:38 a.m.- Maria Lisa Roberts, 43, addresses of Tama and rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 3rd Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:07 p.m.- James Lee Collinson II, 32, rural Kellogg, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 385th Street on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:14 p.m. after posting surety bond.

11:54 p.m.- Curtis Lee Wagaman, 29, Cedar Falls, arrested in Dysart on a charge of disorderly conduct by Dysart Police. Released on July 3 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 3

1:21 a.m.- Nickolas Jay Murty, 24, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 200 block of 390th Street on a charge of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:40 p.m.

2 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 51, rural Montour, arrested in the 1800 block of E49 for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 5 at 10:25 a.m. on Tribal Court order.

5:17 p.m.- Miguel Angel Salgado, 19, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a charge of possession of alcohol under legal age by Toledo Police. Released on July 4 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 4

3:24 a.m.- Alex Ray Floyd, 22, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 5 at 12:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Terrence Lamont Pollion, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant by Toledo Police. Custody transferred on July 5 at 3:20 p.m.
