4:16 a.m.- Bryant Jameson Bear, 28, Tama, arrested in Toledo on a charged of 2nd offense public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 7:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 26

Argelio Martinez Martinez, 50, Gilman, arrested in Toledo on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on June 27 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

12:00 p.m.- Jason Kyle Ankney, 26, Marion, arrested in Linn County on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:05 p.m.- Stacey Lee Rhomberg, 26, Palo, arrested in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

June 28

2:10 p.m.- Derek Lee Rocarek, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:33 p.m.- Cena Rae Durnin, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing for Meskwaki Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 29 at 10:35 at the direction of Tribal Court.

9:35 p.m.- Trevor Davis Wright, 21, Reinbeck, arrested in Reinbeck on a charge of assault without intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on June 29 at 9:55 a.m.
