June 17

10:15 a.m.- Gilbert Russell Strait Jr., Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant.

10:39 a.m.- James Arthur Roberts Jr., Dysart, arrested at the 200 block W High St. by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license revoked. Released on June 17 at 11:50 a.m. on recognation.

7 p.m.- Desiree Anabelle Jozefowicz, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant.

11:48 p.m.- Anton Charles Michael Tomash, Gladbrook, arrested at 500 block Johnston St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Burglary in the 3rd degree, theft in the 3rd degree, and criminal mischief in the 4th /5th degree. Released June 22 at 2:50 p.m. by bond.

June 18

2:21 a.m.- Denise Lynelle Laflesche, Des Moines, arrested at 3400 block Hwy 30 on the charges of Driving while license suspended, Violation of financial liability accident, and Speeding. Released June 18 at 3:45 p.m. on cash bond.

4:04 a.m.- Badley Albert Moeller, Tama, arrested at 300 block of Siegel St. by Tama Police on the charges of Burglary in the 1st degree/assult and Criminal Mischief in the 4th/5th degree.

Released on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. on pre-trial release.

4:37 a.m.- Darcy Lee Davenport, Tama, arrested at 100 block E 5th St. by Tama Police on the charge of assault without intent. Released June 18 at 6:55 p.m. on surety bond.

8:20 a.m.- Felipe Gutierrez-Gonzalez, arrested at 600 block 5th St. by Tama Police on the charges of harassment-3rd and on a warrant. Released June 18 at 11 a.m. on a cash bond.

10:54 a.m.- Michael Scott Smith, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissey’s by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Manufacturing, delivering, possesion with intent of controlled substance, Drug tax stamp violation, and a warrant.

June 19

3:34 p.m.- Byron Nobull Wanatee, Tama, arrested at 305th St and Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of pobation violation. Released on June 20 at 9:45 a.m. on bond.
