5:58 p.m.- April Leah Jefferson, Montour, arrested at 300 block Siegel St. by Tama Police on the charge of Public intoxication. Released on June 12 at 11:30 a.m. after she plead guilty.

6:10 p.m.- Anthony Rodrick Reed Jr, Tama, arrested at 300 block Siegel St. by Tama Police on the charge of Public intoxication. Released June 12 at 11:35 a.m. after he plead guilty.

7:47 p.m.- Jay Fitzgerald Henry Jr, Toledo, arrested at 600 block Harding St. by Tama Police on a failure to appear warrant. Released June 12 at 11:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11 p.m.- A juvenile was arrested at Highway 63 and K Ave by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession under age.

12:28 a.m.- Tyler Scott Downs, Evansdale, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant.

1:29 a.m.- Julia Anna Tibodeau, Marion, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of theft in the 5th degree.

6:40 a.m.- Adam Blackcloud, Tama, arrested at 100 block Deerfield Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police for tribal court. Released June 17 at 2:35 p.m. for tribal court.

5:23 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, Montour, arrested at Cherry Lake by Tama Police on the charge of Public intoxication.

June 14

10:20 p.m.- Joe Pearson, Des Moines, arrested at Polk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s office on a failure to appear warrant.

9 p.m.- Michelle Dawn Jefferson, Tama, arrested at 200 block Red Earth Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of contempt of court.

11:15 p.m.- Anthony Ervin Shaw Jr., arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s office on two warrants for violation of terms of probation.

11:15 p.m.- Jesse Dean Clinton, Hiawatha, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s office on the charge of contempt of court. Released on June 23 at 9:50 a.m. for time served.

June 15

1:10 a.m.- Michael Eugene Nelsen, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of violation of a no contact order.

11:40 a.m.- Matthew Grant Snyder, Garwin, arrested at 500 block Center St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a Failure to appear warrant.

2:09 a.m.- A juvenile was arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home by Toldo Police on the charge of assult.

2:44 a.m.- Glen Richard Arthurs, Montour, arrested at 3000 block of E Ave by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of statement of responsiblity and a warrant.

June 16

7 p.m.- Megan Marie Walker, Tama, arrested at 3200 block of G Ave by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of tribal court and a warrant.

10:58 p.m.- Lucille Rose Kapayou, Tama, arrested at 1500 block 305 St by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of simple assult, disorderly conduct and a warrant. Released on June 17 at 9:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:15 a.m.- Gilbert Russell Strait Jr., Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant.

10:39 a.m.- James Arthur Roberts Jr., Dysart, arrested at the 200 block W High St. by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license revoked. Released on June 17 at 11:50 a.m. on recognation.

7 p.m.- Desiree Anabelle Jozefowicz, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant.

11:48 p.m.- Anton Charles Michael Tomash, Gladbrook, arrested at 500 block Johnston St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Burglary in the 3rd degree, theft in the 3rd degree, and criminal mischief in the 4th /5th degree. Released June 22 at 2:50 p.m. by bond.

2:21 a.m.- Denise Lynelle Laflesche, Des Moines, arrested at 3400 block Hwy 30 on the charges of Driving while license suspended, Violation of financial liability accident, and Speeding. Released June 18 at 3:45 p.m. on cash bond.

4:04 a.m.- Badley Albert Moeller, Tama, arrested at 300 block of Siegel St. by Tama Police on the charges of Burglary in the 1st degree/assult and Criminal Mischief in the 4th/5th degree.

Released on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. on pre-trial release.

4:37 a.m.- Darcy Lee Davenport, Tama, arrested at 100 block E 5th St. by Tama Police on the charge of assault without intent. Released June 18 at 6:55 p.m. on surety bond.

8:20 a.m.- Felipe Gutierrez-Gonzalez, arrested at 600 block 5th St. by Tama Police on the charges of harassment-3rd and on a warrant. Released June 18 at 11 a.m. on a cash bond.

10:54 a.m.- Michael Scott Smith, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissey’s by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Manufacturing, delivering, possession with intent of controlled substance, Drug tax stamp violation, and a warrant.

3:34 p.m.- Byron Nobull Wanatee, Tama, arrested at 305th St and Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of pobation violation. Released on June 20 at 9:45 a.m. on bond.

8:03 p.m.- Nathan Zachary Williams, Tama, arrested at 2200 block 245 st. by Tama Police on the charges of sexual abuse 3rd, Kidnapping in the 3rd degree, sexual abuse in the 3rd degree, providing alcohol to a minor and a warrant.

10:54 p.m.- Larry Lyn Robinson, Olwein, arrested at Olwein Police Department by Tama County Sheriff’s office on the charges of Manufacturing, delivering, possession of a controlled substance and a warrant.

2:23 a.m.- A juvenile was arrested at 600 block S Main St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple assult.

11:13 a.m.- Charles Dwayne Carmer, Gladbrook, arrested at 200 block 5th St by Tama County Sheriff’s office on a warrant.

2:40 p.m.- Laureen Kay Keahna, Tama, arrested at the Department of Correction Services by Toledo Police on the charge of Violation of Pre-trial Condition. Released on June 20 at 3:05 p.m. by transfer.

4:13 p.m.- Issaiah Thomas Roberts, Toledo, arrested at 700 block State St. by Tama Police on the charge of Domestice abuse assault 3rd.

3:21 p.m.- Alex Anaya, Tama, arrested at 100 block Deerfeild Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of parole violation.

3:44 p.m.- Issaiah Thomas Roberts, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of Probation Violation.
