8:38 a.m.- Demitruis Edward Spencer, 19, Tama, arrested at the Tama Police Station on a charge of assault with intent by Tama Police.

9:55 p.m.- Terry James Vermace, 54, Amana, arrested in the 3000 block of 340th Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, simple assault and driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:57 p.m.- Scott Darren St. John, 39, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of West 14th Street on charges of simple domestic assault and child endangerment by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 22 at 11:35 a.m.

May 22

9:45 a.m.- Quincy Ray Lasley, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:07 p.m.- Bruce Patrick Towle, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 3100 block of Tama County Road E66 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 23 at 9 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8 p.m.- Fabian Shawn Grogan, 40, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of South Franklin Street, Montour, on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 23 at 9:10 a.m. on unsecured bond.
