5:47 p.m.-Travis James Jordan, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

May 13

1:00 a.m.-Gerald Robert Sanache, 42, rural Tama arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police for Tribal Court.

6:18 p.m.-Joshua Ian Tremmel, 31, Gifford, arrested at highway 63 and 275th by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of simple assault.

6:27 p.m.-Joshua Ian Tremmel, 31, Gifford, arrested at highway 63 near 270th by Toledo Police on the charge of disorderly conduct.

8:32 p.m.-Alfredo Chavarria Ordaz, 43, Tama, arrested at E. 4th St. in Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on charges of manufacturing / possession with intent to deliver controlled substance and drug stamp violation. Released May 18 on bond.

8:38 p.m.-Alfredo Chavarria Ordaz, 43, Tama, arrested at E. 4th St. in Tama by Tama Police on a warrant. Released May 18 on bond.

9:28 p.m.-Derrick Ray Lynn, 26, Shenandoah, arrested at Cissy’s by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on three warrants for failure to appear. Released May 17 on bond.

2:36 a.m.-Mitchell David Sweerin, 19, Reinbeck, arrested by Tama County Sheriffs Office at QQ Ave and 175th Street on the charges of drunken/drugged driving 1st offense and possession underage / making available. Released May 14 on personal recognizance.

3:26 a.m.-Darcy Lee Davenport, 25, rural Tama, arrested by Toledo Police on a warrant.

May 15

3:26 a.m.-Travis William Hansen, 39, Mt. Auburn, arrested at Sunnycrest Nursing Home by Dysart Police on a charge of public intoxication/consumption. Released May15 after pleading guilty.

May 16

12:00 p.m.-Alfredo Chavarria Ordaz, 43, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriffs Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released May 18 on bond.
