April 28
8:30 a.m.- Gretchen Lanae Maifield, 34, Ames, arrested in Toledo on charges of forgery and lottery ticket -theft or forgery by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10 a.m.- Alex Gregory Welch, 19, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissys on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 5 at 8:26 p.m. after seving time.
1:05 p.m.- Megan Marie Walker, 19, rural Tama, arrested in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and held for Tribal Court by Toledo Police. Released on May 1 at 6:25 p.m. on a Tribal Court sentence.
8:55 p.m.- Female juvenile, 16, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home / Trianing School for Girls on a charge of assualt of a health care provider by Toledo Police.
April 29
2:34 a.m.- Tyler Gail Dunlap, 22, Swisher, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and MM Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 3:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:53 a.m.- Dale Everet Bogue, 26, rural Garwin, arrested at the Marshall County jail as a parole violator by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:20 a.m.- Ryan Matthew Allen, 19, rural Chelsea, arrested in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8:23 p.m.- Male juvenile, 15, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile home / Training school for Girls on a charge of assault on a police officer – jailer – helath care owrker by Toledo Police.
8:44 p.m.- James Dean Youngbear, 45, addresses of Toledo and rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Sac and Fox Road for Tribal Court and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 5 at 3:50 p.m. after posting bond.
April 30
3:16 a.m.- Mary Joann Brandt, 61, rural Clutier, arrested in the 2700 block of S Avenue on a charge of interference with official acts. Released at 3:55 a.m. after posting cash bond.
2:30 p.m.- Dale Everet Bogue, 26, rural Garwin, arrested in Toledo on charges of controlled substance- D feony and possession of drug paraphernalia by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
May 1
12:10 a.m.- David Francis Franklin, 59, Palo, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 at M Avenue on a charge of2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:10 a.m. on a promise to appear in court.
8:47 a.m.- Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr., 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Powwow Grounds for Tribal Court by Meskwkai Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 2 at 10:30 a.m. at direction of Tribal Court.
5:28 p.m.- Matthew Ellias Sanache, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on MMay 4 at 3.:55 p.m. on a Tribal Court sentence.
May 2
3:40 a.m.- Phyllis Jean Paulson, 50, Cedar Falls, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of criminal trespassing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
8:22 a.m.- Matthew James Hainline, 28, Marshalltown, arreseted at rural Tama on charges of manufacture / deliver / poessesion of a controlled substance and 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
9:37 p.m.- Female juvenile, 17, arrsted at the IowaJuvenile home – Trianing School for Girls in Toledo onn a charge vof assault of a police officer / jailer / healthc care worker by Toledo Police.
