2:03 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 18, Montour, arrested in Toledo on a charge of gathering to use marijuana by Toledo Police. Released on April 25 at 4:54 p.m. after posting bond.
3 a.m.- Levi Lee Forrester, 25, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on ac warrant by Toledo Police.
8 a.m.- Kelley JoAnn Dickey-Cuddy, 52, Dysart, arrested an an unlisted location on a charge of harassment.
10 a.m.- Barbara Ann Thompson, 37, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. 30 and H Avenue on a charge of driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 20 at 10 a.m. on a promise to appear.
10:57 a.m.- Jacob Weston Zopf, 27, rural Elberon, arrested in Toledo on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
April 20
8:35 a.m.- Alonzo Terrell Spencer, 18, Tama, arrested in Tama on a warrant by Tama Police and on charges of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on May 6 at 9:25 p.m. on cash bond.
April 21
1:34 a.m.- David Alan Freeman, 41, Tama, arrested in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:41 a.m.- Travis James Jordan, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:30 a.m.- Juvenile female, 17, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
April 22
3:15 p.m.- Michael John Krause Jr., 29, Tama, arrested in Tama on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by Toledo Police.
April 23
]2:41 a.m.- Irene Ray Rivers, 21, rural Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 10:18 a.m. after pleading guilty.
2:58 p.m.- Clinton Edward Pushetonequa, 26, Davenport, arrested at rural Tama for Meskwaki Tribal Court by Meskwkai Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:37 p.m. after posting bond.
3:24 p.m.- Mary Cathleen Gradert, 27, Davenport, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of possesion of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:27 p.m. after posting bond.
