3:25 a.m.- Lee Evans Smith, 47, rural Toledo, arrested at rural Toledo on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7 a.m.- Travis James Jordan, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in Freeborn County, Minn., by Tama Police on charges of 1st and 2nd degree theft, two counts of conspiracy and on a warrant by Tama Police.

7 a.m.- David Alan Freeman, 41, Tama, arrested in Freeborn county, Minn., on charges of 1st and 2nd degree theft, two counts of conspiracy and on a warrant by Tama Police.

5:39 p.m.- Edward Navarro, 37, Toledo, arrested on a warrant at rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 17 at 11 a.m. on a promise to appear.

8:12 p.m.- Alexander Byron Davis, 21, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Cissys on a warrant for failure to appear and a charge of possession under age / making alcohol available to minor. Released on April 17 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 17

Noon- Jason Randall Himschoot, 28, Traer, arrested in Traer on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 18 at 6:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1 p.m.- Female juvenile, 17, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home / Training School for Girls, Toledo, on a charge of assault on a police officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

April 18

4:45 p.m.- Kolin William Ferneau, 19, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on charges of possession of a controlled substance – serious misdemeanor, sponsoring an unlawful gathering and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

4:58 p.m. Male juvenile, 17, arrested in Toledo on charges of possession of a controlled substance – serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

6:37 p.m.- Kolin William Ferneau, 19, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on charges 2nd degree theft and 3rd degree burglary by Toledo Police. Released on April 20 at 11:20 a.m. after posting bond.

6:52 p.m. Derek Warren Poweshiek, 52, rural Montour, arrested at rural Montour and held for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 19 at 3:11 p.m. to Tribal Court.

7:32 p.m.- Terrell Alonzo Spencer, 18, Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of gathering to use marijuana by Toledo Police. Released at 8:35 p.m. after posting bond.

9:13 p.m.- Chad Louis Sieck, 22, Traer, arrested in the 2200 block of U.S. Highway 63 on charges of driving while license suspended, speeding and violation of financial responsibility by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 19 at 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:03 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 18, Montour, arrested in Toledo on a charge of gathering to use marijuana by Toledo Police. Released on April 25 at 4:54 p.m. after posting bond.

3 a.m.- Levi Lee Forrester, 25, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a warrant by Toledo Police.

8 a.m.- Kelley JoAnn Dickey-Cuddy, 52, Dysart, arrested an an unlisted location on a charge of harassment.
