April 10

12:30 a.m.- John Anthony Hendrickson, Traer, arrested at 1600 block Hwy. 63 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license suspended.

10:25 a.m.- Marcus James McCauley, 19, Walthill, Neb., arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and held in jail for Tribal Court. Released April 12 at 10 a.m. after serving sentence.

11:11 a.m.- James Allen Andrews, 46, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration law and disorderly conduct.

11:27 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 15 year old female juvenile at 1000 block S. Broadway on an arrest warrant.

3:16 p.m.- Gerald Morgan, 22, Tama, arrested at 1500 block 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation and held in jail for Tribal Court. Released April 14 at 5:50 p.m. on cash bond.

April 12

1:30 p.m.- Steven Eric Freeman, 41, Altoona, arrested at ASnamose State Penitentiary by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 3rd degree burglary and an arrest warrant.
