10 a.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 19, Dysart, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation. Released Feb. 24 at 12:50 p.m. on cash bond.
Feb. 24
2:48 p.m.- Robert Harold Rice, 38, Clutier, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 5th degree theft.
3:10 p.m.- Antonia Leann Hernandez, 23, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. on cash bond.
8:20 p.m.- Tyson Brian Bear, 27, Tama, arrested at Highway. 63 and Marshall St. by Toledo Police on the charge of drunken driving. Released Feb. 25 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:45 a.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 18, Tama, arrested at 1100 block S. Prospect Dr. by Toledo Police on two arrest warrants, 5th degree theft and possession under age making available. Released Feb. 26 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Feb. 26
6 p.m.- Jose Luis Avalos-Lopez, 43, Marshalltown, arrested at Highway. 30 204 exit by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 7 p.m. on cash bond.
Feb. 27
12:11 a.m.- Joel Mancinas-Hernandez, 36, Tama, arrested at Highway. 30 and E Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license.
