2:29 a.m.- Cedric Lamar Holmes, 39, Waterloo, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two arrest warrants for failure to appear. Released at 1:10 p.m. on surety bond.

11 a.m.- Arthur Garrett Blackcloud III, 33, Lake Andes, S.D., arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

10:04 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 26, Tama, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant and the charge of violation of a no contact/protective order.
