Feb. 3

7:05 a.m.- Jeremiah Lee Johnson, 34, Tama, arrested at 400 block Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on three arrest warrants for failure to appear. Released at 1:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Feb. 4

11:40 a.m.- Eric Alan Young, 38, Toledo, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant for probation/parole violation and two counts of forgery. Shipped out Feb. 18 at 9 a.m.

Feb. 5

12 p.m.- Ottoniel Velazquez Perez, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Hwy. 30 and 200 block MM Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving without a license and speeding. Released Feb. 9 at 10:10 after pleading guilty.

Feb. 6

2 a.m.- Donald Lynn Steggall, 38, Marshalltown, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of two counts of assault without intent and domestic abuse assault. Released at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:28 p.m.- Paul Robert Kisner, 49, Traer, arrested in Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of disorderly conduct. Released Feb. 7 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Feb. 7

6:43 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

Feb. 8

1:15 p.m.- Louisa Mary Lopez, 47, Marshalltown, arrested at Kwik Star by Toledo Police on two arrest warrants. Released at 3:55 p.m. on miscellaneous transfer.

Feb. 10

12:30 a.m.- Jason Edward Fingers, 38, Marshalltown, arrested by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant and the charge of 4th degree theft. Released at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 12

3:02 a.m.- Bradley Albert Moeller, 19, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charges of drunken driving and possession under age making available. Released at 9:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:34 a.m.- Andrew Lloyd Jefferson, 28, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

Feb. 13

4:35 p.m.- Michael Leon Johnson Jr., 35, Cedar Falls, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and on the charge of eluding/attempting to elude law enforcement.
