Jan. 23

11 a.m.-Grant Laverne Vesely, 19, Traer, arrested at 2600 block 150th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of failure to maintain control. Released at 3:05 p.m. on cash bond.

11:40 a.m.- Crystal Cay Garmon, 35, Belle Plaine, arrested at Belle Plaine Rd. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Jan. 27 at 12:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:57 p.m.- Ricky Dean Nelson, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at 300 block S. Broadway by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant.

Jan. 24

11:44 p.m.- Joshua Aaron Peters, 21, Gladbrook, arrested at 500 block Johnson St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charges of 3rd degree burglary, 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree criminal mischief. Released Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. on surety bond.

3:05 a.m.- Chase Lasley Sanache, 20, Tama, arrested at Benton County by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. after serving time.

4:05 p.m.- Mark Elwood Oelmann, 49, Steamboat Rock, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

6:38 p.m.- Christopher Lee McCombs, 30, Buckingham, arrested at 1100 block Hwy. 63 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

Jan. 26

1:30 a.m.- Pedro Escribano-Pasi, 21, Toledo, arrested at 200 block C St. by Toledo Police on the charge of disorderly conduct. Released Jan. 27 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:13 p.m.- Kelbie Leonard Struve, 18, Tama, arrested at 300 block N. Center St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving, possession under age-making available and open container. Released Jan. 27 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:49 p.m.- Robbin Christine McClain, 21, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple assault. Released Jan. 28 at 12:30 p.m. after seving time.

7:35 p.m.- Ryan Charles Swanson, 23, Hudson, arrested at Black Hawk Co. Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. on cash bond.

Barbara Ann Thompson, 37, Tama, arrested at 100 block W. Village Rd. by Toledo Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. Released Jan. 28 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:28 p.m.- Felipe Montes-Donan, 42, Tama, arrested at Hwy. 30 and P Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving without license and speeding. Released Jan. 31 at 11:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:10 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

Jan. 29

10:30 a.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 32, Tama, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

Jan. 31

8 a.m.- Tyler Scott Downs, 19, Dysart, arrested by Dysart Police on the charge of assault without intent.

9:10 a.m.- Dierdre, Charlotte DeMarce, 45, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

11:06 a.m.- Israel Carrera-Diaz, 26, Tama, arrested at 100 block W. 4th St. by Tama Police on the charge of assault Po-Jailer-Health Care.
