8 a.m.- Herbert Samuel Elliott, 42, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 3rd degree burglary.

2:15 p.m.- Lance Tyler Mauskemo, 22, Toledo, arrested at Red Earth and Northwood Dr. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license restricted. Released at 7:20 p.m. on surety bond.

6:19 p.m.- Robbin Christine McClain, 21, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of assault PO/Jailer/Health Care.

Jan. 15

3:29 a.m.- Colby Jaide Heishman, 20, Brooklyn, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of identity theft, public intoxication-consumption 2nd and possession under age making available. Released at 9:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:18 p.m.- Juan Contreras-Galvin, 28, Des Moines, arrested at Hwy. 63 and M Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while license suspended, speeding and operating without registration.

Jan. 16

8:25 p.m.- Elmer Abel Maldonado, 20, Toledo, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charge of 2nd degree burglary.
