Jan. 7

4:30 p.m.- Billy Jack Old Bear, 40, Tama, arrested at 1500 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 5:35 p.m. on cash bond.

5:15 p.m.- Steven Eriq Freeman, 40, Altoona, arrested at Iowa Medical Classification Center, Oakdale, by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and by Dysart Police on the charge of 3rd degree burglary.

9:46 p.m.- Troy Scott Grovo, 47, Traer, arrested at Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Jan. 8 at 11:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 10

2:48 p.m.- William Ray Rhoades, 19, Waterloo, arrested at Department of Correctional Services by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jan. 11

9:36 p.m.- Devin Lee Swanger, 21, Toledo, arrested at Jiffy North by Toledo Police on the charge of 5th degree theft. Released Jan. 12 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Jan. 13

12:11 a.m.- Luciano Garcia, 33, Tama, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two arrest warrants, intimidation with a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent, domestic assault with intent and three counts of child endangerment. He was also arrested by Tama Police on the charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse.

8:50 a.m.- Andrew Jacob Goering, 22, Chariton, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

3:10 p.m.- Kylan Isaac Roberts, 20, Tama, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.
