6 p.m.- Ty Erin Bear, 36, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of violating a no contact protective order. Released Dec. 28 at 11:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8 p.m.- Timothy Gerald Duffy, 64, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation.

9:38 p.m.- Rickee Danielle Lincoln, 30, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple assault. Released Dec. 28 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:15 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 48, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant. Released Dec. 30 at 3:30 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

2:30 p.m.- Thane Ashton Wanatee, 20, Burbank, Calif., arrested at 2900 block F Ave. on an arrest warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on the charge of possession under age making available by Tama Police.

10:41 p.m.- Martin Cervantes, 50, Tama, arrested at 1800 block Hwy. E49 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant and by Tama Police on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

7:11 p.m.- Herbert Samuel Elliott, 42, Tama, arrested at 1300 block Seymour by Tama Police on the charges of driving while barred and parole/probation violation. Released Jan. 5 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:25 a.m.- Herbert Samuel Elliott, 42, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 3rd degree burglary.

5:45 a.m.- Dustin Donald Dawson, 25, Waterloo, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of violating conditions of pre-trial release.
