1:46 a.m.- Gary Dean Esser, 45, Marion, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant and the charge of domestic abuse assault with injuries. Released at 5:50 p.m. on surety bond.

8:02 p.m.- Paula J. Hernandez, 37, Toledo, arrested at Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of drunken driving 3rd offense and driving while barred. Released Dec. 27 at 1:30 p.m. on pre-trial release.
