7:01 p.m.- Jules Gaylord Wanatee, 41, Montour, Montour arrested at 100 block West Village Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of drunken driving 2nd offense. Released Dec. 18 at 1:40 p.m. a.m. on pre-trial release.

11:45 p.m.- Marilee Renee Sanache, 35, Tama, arrested at 600 block Springs Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Dec. 18 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:28 a.m.- James Allen Brubaker, 43, Reinbeck, arrested at 1000 block Hwy. 63 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving 2nd offense. Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 20

6 a.m.- Alfredo Rosales, 47, LeGrand, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Dec. 22 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:28 a.m.- Michael Thomas Campbell, 27, Blairstown, arrested at Fareway by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 4:05 p.m. on cash bond.

4:54 p.m.- Joseph Eddie Brown-Bennett, 24, Des Moines, arrested at Polk County Jail by Dysart Police on the charge of 3rd degree burglary and an arrest warrant.

Dec. 21

8:30 a.m.- Jeremy Alan Mask, 24, Traer, arrested by Dysart Police on the charge of unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

Dec. 22

10:05 a.m.- Derek Warren Poweshiek, 52, Montour, arrested at Tama County Courthose by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Dec. 23 at 2:40 p.m. on cash bond.

10:05 a.m.- Zachary Adam Campbell, 24, Garwin, arrested at court by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and on the charge of child endangerment. Released Dec. 23 at 12:25 p.m. on surety bond.

8:25 a.m.- Kurt Alan Olson, 52, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of sex offender verification violation and an arrest warrant. Released at 3:40 p.m. on cash bond.

11 a.m.- Garren Edward Davenport, 21, Tama, arrested at Linn County Jail on two arrest warrants for violating terms of probation and failure to appear.

7:06 p.m.- Derrick Ray Lynn, 26, Shenandoah, arrested at Marshalltown by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of domestic assault with injuries. Released Dec. 24 at 10:40 a.m. on pre-trial release.

3:20 a.m.- Cory Daniel Verbeek, 31, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshalltown by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of burglary 3rd unoccupied vehicle. Released at 1:40 p.m. on surety bond.
