8:16 a.m.- John Robert Witt, 38, Tama, arrested at Hwy. 30 and S. Broadway by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while barred. Released at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4 p.m.- Travis Wade Peterson, 34, Elberon, arrested at Benton County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation. Released Dec. 3 at 4:15 p.m. on cash bond.

5 p.m.- Travis Wade Peterson, 34, Elberon, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 5th degree theft. Released Dec. 3 at 4:15 p.m. on cash bond.

4 p.m.- Tammy Lillian Moritz, 39, Tama, arrested at 500 block Harmon St. by Tama Police on an arrest warrant and on the charge of 4th degree theft. Released at 5:15 p.m. on surety bond.

11:04 p.m.- James Lee Fields, 49, Ottumwa, arrested at State and 14th St. by Toledo Police on the charges of eluding or attempting to elude law enforcement and parole/probation violation.

1:02 p.m.- Virgil Lasley, 41, Tama, arrested at 1400 block Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of driving while license revoked and public intoxication-consumption. Released Dec. 6 at 11:35 a.m. on cash bond.

5 p.m.- John Douglas Kincade, 28, Traer, arrested at 2200 block Q Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while barred, operating a motor vehicle without consent, 4th and 5th criminal mischief and open container. Released Dec. 7 at 8:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:20 a.m.- John Douglas Kincade, 28, Traer, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of disorderly conduct. Released Dec. 7 at 8:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:30 p.m.- Sahara Luv Martinez, 31, Toledo, arrested at Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of driving while license suspended and open container. Released Dec. 8 at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:30 p.m.- Richard Alexander Diaz, 21, Traer, arrested at 400 block Linn St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving 2nd offense, neglect of a dependent person and driving while license restricted.

10 p.m.- Richard Alexander Diaz, 21, Traer, arrested at Tama County Jail by Dysart Police on the charges of assault with intent, public intoxication-consumption and disorderly conduct.

6:50 p.m.- Michael Quinn Forcier, 45, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of disorderly conduct.
