4:23 a.m.- Luis Felipe Fonseca, 21, Chelsea, arrested at Hwy. 30 and O Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving. Released at 2:45 p.m. on cash bond.

4:43 a.m.- Petrice Head, 36, Toledo, arrested at 300 block Deerfield Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with intent. Released Dec. 3 at 3:45 p.m. after serving time.

5:06 p.m.- Lucius Allen Bear, 33, Tama, arrested at 100 block Circle Ridge Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of harassment.

7:24 p.m.- Demitrius Edward Spencer, 19, Tama, arrested at 200 block E. Ohio St., by Toledo Police on the charge of disorderly conduct. Released Nov. 22 at 12:40 a.m. on surety bond.

12:33 a.m.- Matthew John Surber, 38, Rhades, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of 4th and 5th criminal mischief. Released at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:34 p.m.- Kari Ann Roberts, 20, Tama, arrested at Hwy. 63 by Toledo Police on the charges of drunken driving and possession of controlled substance. Released Nov. 24 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:40 p.m.- Devon Lynette Ward, 21, Tama, arrested at Toledo Bank parking lot by Toledo Police on the charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released at 9:40 p.m. on surety bond.

1:50 p.m.- Jason Lee Jefferson, 29, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on arrest warrants for failure to appear and violating terms of probation. Released at 10:05 p.m. on surety bond.

1:30 a.m.- Sally Ann Brandmayr, 22, Marshalltown, arrested at Jiffy North by Toledo Police on the charge of drunken driving 2nd offense. Released at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:30 a.m.- Petrice Head, 36, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of pre-trial release. Released Dec. 3 at 3:45 p.m. after serving time.

12:51 a.m.- Elias Dane Youngbear, 22, Toledo, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation and by Toledo Police on a warrant and the charges of 5th degree theft and possession under age-making available. Released Nov. 26 at 4:10 p.m. on surety bond.

1:44 a.m.- Jason Thomas Weida, 40, Traer, arrested at 800 block 1st St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of assault. Released at 2 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 27

5:01 a.m.- Anton Charles Michael Tomash, 21, Gladbrook, arrested in Gladbrook by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of domestic abuse assault with injuries. Released at 5:10 p.m. on surety bond.

8:48 p.m.- Anneka Starr Davenport, 34, Toledo, arrested at Hwy. 63 and 30 by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Nov. 28 at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:53 a.m.- Landis Jamell Bear, 26, Tama, arrested at 1500 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of assault. Released Dec. 3 at 6:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:10 a.m.- Alex Gregory Welch, 19, Gladbrook, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 10:40 a.m. on a promise to appear.

11:16 a.m.- Deron Ward, 52, Tama, arrested at Department of Correctional Services by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on violation of pre-trial release. Released Dec.2 at 12:15 p.m. on surety bond.

3:30 p.m.- Gregory Lyle Keahna, 61, Tama, arrested at PowWow Grounds by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Nov. 30 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:18 p.m.- Ginger Lea Jefferson, 54, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Dec. 2 at 9:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:30 p.m.- Jeremy Alan Mask, 23, Traer, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charge of 3rd degree burglary. Released Nov. 30 at 5:55 on surety bond.

2:40 a.m.- Michael Anthony Murgallis, 25, Homeless, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released at 2:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:10 p.m.- Steven John Brockhouse, 43, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of domestic abuse assault with injuries and public intoxication-consumption. Released Dec. 4 at 12:35 a.m. on surety bond.
