Nov. 3

5 p.m.- Cathy Denise Bills, 47, Council Bluffs, arrested at the Women’s Reformatory by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation. Shipped out Nov. 4 at 12:45 p.m.

11:58 p.m.- Alexander Wayne Perry, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Nov. 18 at 9:55 p.m. after serving time.

9:22 a.m.- Lori Ann Matejka, 48, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation.

Nov. 5

3 p.m.- Brent Lynn Bennett, 42, Tama, arrested by Tama Police on two counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse.

5 p.m.- Tyler James Archer, 26, Waterloo, arrested at Meskwaki Casino Hotel by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:45 p.m.- Amy Sue Fuller, 29, Traer, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of child endangerment.

Nov. 6

9:48 a.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 28, Elberon, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating terms of probation. Released Nov. 15 at 4:15 p.m. on surety bond.

5 p.m.- Yvonne Marie Davis, 59, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on a warrant for violating terms of probation. Released at 8:25 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

Nov. 7

12:33 a.m.- Corey Michael Supianoski, 26, Ely, arrested at Hwy. 63 and 30 by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license revoked.

2:36 a.m.- Felisha Rudy Kapayou, 18, Tama, arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of domestic abuse assault and possession under age-making available. Released at 1:45 p.m. on unsecured bond.

3 a.m.- Lowell George Youngbear, 22, Tama, arrested at 1500 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of interference with official acts and criminal trespass. Released at 4:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:55 p.m.- Vanessa Lynn Payne, 31, Traer, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of child endangerment.

Nov. 8

1:35 p.m.- Tama County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 14 year old male juvenile on the charge of 3rd degree burglary.

10:06 p.m.- Edward Navarro, 37, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on a warrant. Released Nov. 9 at 1:55 p.m. on a promise to appear.

Nov. 9

4:53 p.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 18, Tama, arrested at 1700 block 295th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of interference with official acts, 4th and 5th degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass, public intoxication-consumption and possession under age-making available. Released Nov. 10 at 10:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Nov. 10

7:26 p.m.- Douglas Allen McAtee, 55, Toledo, arrested at 2400 block 310th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred. Released Nov. 11 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 11

10:35 a.m.- James Scott Pennell, 21, Montour, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants for failure to appear. Shipped out Nov. 29 at 11 a.m.

12:18 p.m.- Darcy Lee Davenport, 25, Tama, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 2:50 p.m. on surety bond.

4:41 p.m.- Alex Anaya, 19, Tama, arrested at Doug’s Trailer Court by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred. Released Nov. 12 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
