8:48 p.m.- Cherie Rae Walker, 49, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Toledo Police on the charge of 4th degree theft.

11 a.m.- Ronald Dean Betz, 64, Tama, arrested at Tama PD by Tama Police on the charge of 2nd degree theft.

Oct. 28

7:36 a.m.- Scott William Doc Slocum, 18, Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy. 30 and Oakland Dr. by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license revoked. Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:51 p.m.- Terance Joseph McCudden, 22, Des Moines, arrested at Hwy. 30 and P Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Oct. 29 at 2:20 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

12:30 a.m.- Michael Alan Eggers, 47, LeGrand, arrested at Hwy. 30 by Meskwaki Trading Post by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving 2nd offense. Released at 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:15 a.m.- Lowell George Youngbear, 22, Tama, arrested in 1100 block of S. Prospect Dr. by Toledo Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Nov. 1 at 4:30 p.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 31

2:12 a.m.- Jesus Felipe Urbano, 19, Waterloo, arrested at 1600 block Hwy. 63 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving 1st offense and interference with official acts. Released Dec. 6 at 9:25 a.m. after serving time.

2:23 a.m.- Meshan Lynne Weaver, 31, Elberon, arrested at Hwy. 63 and 2nd Ave. by Toledo Police on the charge of drunken driving 1st offense. Released at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:30 a.m.- Dale Allen Blackcloud Jr., 28, Tama, arrested at 100 block 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on two counts of domestic abuse assault with intent. Released Nov. 2 at 2:40 p.m. on surety bond.

2:30 a.m.- Dale Allen Blackcloud, 52, Tama, arrested at 100 block 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 31 at 7:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

2:30 a.m.- Resa Corinne Blackcloud, 54, Tama, arrested at 100 block 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication consumption. Released Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:18 p.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 28, Elberon, arrested at 370th and X Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of criminal mischief 3rd degree and interference with official acts. Released Nov. 15 at 4:15 p.m. on surety bond.

3:32 p.m.- Edgar Fabian Hernandez, 24, Toledo, arrested at 1000 block Prospect by Toledo Police on a warrant for failure to appear.

4:10 p.m.- Megan Marie Walker, 19, Tama, arrested at 100 block Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of huffing. Released Nov. 2 at 1 p.m. on unsecured bond.

10:20 p.m.- Audrey Rose Youngbear, 19, Toledo, arrested at 2000 block Meskwaki Road by Tama County Sheriff’s Office an a warrant for failure to appear. Released Nov. 23 at 12:45 p.m. on cash bond.

3:15 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 13 year old male juvenile in Toledo on the charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief.

Nov. 3

2:02 p.m.- Jay Fitzgerald Henry Jr., 18, Toledo, arrested at 500 block E. Grace by Toledo Police on a warrant for failure to appear.
