Oct. 22 11:37 a.m.- Ricky Lee Keahna Jr., 24, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with injuries. Released Oct. 26 at 1:40 p.m. on cash bond. 5:25 p.m.- Toledo police arrested a 17 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO, Jailer, Health Care. 8:22 p.m.- Laura Lee Carr, 52, Des Moines, arrested at Highway. 30 and M Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 23 at 3:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond. 8:22 p.m.- Gary Gene Murphy, 52, Des Moines, arrested at Highway. 30 and M Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving. Released Oct. 23 at 12:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond. 8:55 p.m.- Mark Lee Shatto, 41, Nevada, arrested at Highway. 30 and B St. by Toledo Police on the charge of violating a no contact protective order. Released Oct. 23 at 12:10 p.m. on unsecured bond. 8:55 p.m.- Harriet Leighton Williams, 45, Nevada, arrested at Highway. 30 and B St. by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Oct. 23 at 11:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.


Oct. 23 1:40 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO, Jailer, Health Care.


Oct. 24 11:20 a.m.- Dennis Ray Griffis, 43, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post by Tama Police on an arrest warrant. 1:15 p.m.- Jesse Scott Adkins, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama PD by Tama Police on the charges of Intimidation with a dangerous weapon and carring weapons. 7:28 p.m.- Terrence Ray Turner, 33, Lincoln, Neb. arrested at Hardon County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.


Oct. 25 10:27 a.m.- Beau Jason Lasley, 26, Toledo/Tama, arrested in 100 block E. State St. by Toledo Police on two arrest warrants and teh charges of 5th and 5th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Released at 12:15 p.m. on a promise to appear. 2:26 p.m.- Mark Elwood Oelmann, 49, Steamboat Rock, arrested at Black Hawk County by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.


Oct. 26 8:48 p.m.- Cherie Ray Walker, 49, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Toledo Police on the charge of 4th degree theft.
