Oct. 13

11:15 p.m.- Gerardo Humberto Zavala-Ixta Jr., 19, Tama, arrested at Highway. 30 and 5th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license. Released Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Oct. 14

2:10 a.m.- Jeffrey Allen Prouty, 25, Toledo, arrested at B and 1st St. by Toledo Police on the charge of drunken-drugged driving 3rd offense. Released at 6:45 p.m. on pre-trial release.

6:50 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 12 year old male juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

10:29 p.m.- Jose De Jesus Barbosa-Gallelos, 21, Dallas, Texas, arrested in 1500 block Highway. 30 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license. Released Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Oct. 15

3 a.m.- Tama County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 15 year old female juvenile in 2000 block 280th St. on the charge of interfering with official acts-bodily injury.

5:30 a.m.- Anthony James Reitenger, 18, Cedar Falls, arrested at Pow Wow Grounds by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and by Tama Police on the charge of 2nd degree theft.

4:16 p.m.- Thereasa Teeann Gragg-Paffel, 50, Tama, arrested in 400 block Beautiful St. by Tama Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 16 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:05 p.m.- Michael Lynn Brendes, 44, Dysart, arrested in Dysart by Dysart Police on the charge of possession of controlled substance. Released Oct. 16 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11 p.m.- Gabriel Ramon Morgan, 38, Tama, arrested in 200 block Red Earth Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.

Oct. 16

11:12 a.m.- Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police arrested a 16 year old male juvenile on two arrest warrants.

6:03 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

8 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

Oct. 18

2:11 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.

6 p.m.- Michael Anthony Williams II, 22, Fayette, arrested at Highway. 30 and Oakland Dr. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken-drugged driving. Released Oct. 19 at 9:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:17 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-Jailer-Health Care.
