Oct. 12

2:25 p.m.- Tama County Sheriffs Office arrested a 13 year old male juvenile in 600 block Walnut St. on the charge of simple assault.

8:34 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 26, Tama, arrested at Pow Wow Grounds by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant and the charges of driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control . Released Oct. 13 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:34 p.m.- Redmon Lee Keahna, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at Pow Wow Grounds by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant and the charges of driving while license suspended and simple assault. Released Oct. 13 at 10:35 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Oct. 13

1:04 a.m.- Justin Michael Morris, 27, Eagle Grove, arrested at Wright County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Oct. 15 at 11:45 a.m. after serving time.

10:56 a.m.- Stacey Lynn Clubine, 46, Lincoln, arrested in Lincoln by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 5th degree theft.

3:58 p.m.- Kassi Rae Akeens, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in 1600 block Highway. E49 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while license revoked and driving while license suspended. Released at 6:45 p.m. on surety bond.

4:36 p.m.- Tony Adam Harris Jr., 22, Marshalltown, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
