Oct. 7

2:45 p.m.- Jose Hernandez, 42, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 12 at 8:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:20 p.m.- Irene Ray Rivers, 20, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of violating conditions of pre-trial release. Released Oct. 14 at 12:05 p.m. on pre-trial release.

Oct. 8

12:27 a.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 45, Tama, arrested in 300 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of drunken-drugged driving 3rd offense and driving while license restricted. Released Oct. 10 at 12:25 p.m. on surety bond.

10:22 a.m.- Scott Ryan Carl, 32, Montezuma, arrested at Poweshiek County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

10:30 a.m.- Chase Lasley-Sanache, 20, arrested in 1300 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 9 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:30 a.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 18, Toledo, arrested in 1300 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Oct. 9 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:45 a.m.- Crystal Cay Garmon, 34, Toledo, arrested in 100 block High St. by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released at 4:30 p.m. on surety bond.

1:32 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 48, Tama, arrested in 600 block Springs Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief 4th and 5th. Released at 4:50 p.m. on a promise to appear.

2:40 p.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 27, Toledo, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post by Meskwaki Nation tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption 3rd offense. Released Oct. 9 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recogizance bond.

3:10 p.m.- James Dean Climer, 44, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption 2nd offense. Released Oct. 9 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:05 p.m.- Emerson Tenorio Brown, 20, Marshalltown, arrested in 1800 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication consumption 2nd offense. Released Oct. 9 at 11:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 13 year old male juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile home. No charges listed.

Oct. 9

11:53 p.m.- Lucas Gray Derr, 18, Clutier, arrested in 600 block I St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of interference with official acts and possession under age-making available. Released Oct. 10 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:53 p.m.- Zachary Paul Nickel, Traer, arrested in 600 block I St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of sale to intoxicated person.

11:53 p.m.- Jeremy Paul Fuller, 18, Traer, arrested in 600 block I St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession under age- making available.

11:53 p.m.- Alysse Cari Dobson, 18, Traer, arrested in 600 block I St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession under age-making available.
