TOLEDO CHRONICLE – Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging is honoring area veterans with a free meal on Veterans Day. On Thursday, November 11, any veteran aged 60 and over that brings in something that proves they are a veteran will be provided a free lunch in their honor. As a special tribute to the veterans, Hawkeye Valley will recognize each of the veterans and offer them time to share their experiences.

Veterans are asked to make reservations by Wednesday, November 10 at 9 a.m. The menu will include the choice of maple glazed chicken thighs or meatloaf with gravy. To make a reservation at Toledo Senior Center call 641-484-3839.
