Oct. 2

5:37 a.m.- Herbert Samuel Elliott, 41, LeGrand, arrested at Toledo Police Dept. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Oct. 5 at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:20 a.m.- Kari Ann Roberts, 19, Tama, arrested at 1500 block 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession under age making available. released at 3:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:09 p.m.- John Douglas Kincade, 28, Traer, arrested at 2200 block Q Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 10:35 p.m. on surety bond.

10:41 p.m.- Dustin Donald Dawson, 24, Waterloo and Reinbeck, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charge of 2nd degree theft. Released Oct. 3 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:48 p.m.- Ty Erin Bear, 35, Tama, arrested at 200 block Red Earth Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with injuries. Released Oct. 3 at 2:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 4

1:32 p.m.- David Paul Welton, 43, Toledo, arrested at W. Ross and S. Broadway by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant. Released at 2:15 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

4:57 p.m.- Melanie Lynn Roberts, 25, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charges of driving while license suspended. Released Oct. 5 at 10:20 a.m. on unsecured bond.

7:39 p.m.- Thereasa Teeann Gragg-Paffel, 50, Tama, arrested at 200 block W. 3rd St. by Tama Police on the charges of public intoxication-consumption and disorderly conduct. Released Oct. 5 at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:43 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 17 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO, jailer, health care.

9 p.m.- Richard William Benda, 63, Tama, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving. Released Oct. 5 at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 5

9:25 a.m.- Tama County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 15 year old male juvenile at Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of 3rd degree sexual abuse and incest.

Oct. 6

3:07 p.m.- Stacy Carolyn Syke, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Hwy. 30 and L Ave. by Toledo Police on the charge of drunken driving. Released Oct. 7 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 7

1:08 a.m.- Chase Lasley-Sanache, 20, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
