Sept. 18

2:25 p.m.- Megan Marie Hemmer, 21, Waterloo, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Sept. 20 at 5:25 p.m. on surety bond.

5 p.m.- Donetta Jae Wanatee, 33, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and in Marshall County by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of simple assault.

11:49 p.m.- Mark John Pohlmann, 50, Toledo, arrested at Hwy. 229 and E29 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken-drugged driving 2nd offense. Released Sept. 19 at 2:10 p.m. on pre-trial release.

Sept. 19

12 a.m.- Justin Allen Erickson, 20, Traer, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of burglary 3rd, unoccupied vehicle.

11:29 p.m.- Sedrick Nathan Keahna, 19, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.

Sept. 19

11:30 p.m.- Kirby Lee Brown, 52, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of criminal trespass. Released Sept. 20 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 20

8:25 p.m.- Arlo Stevens Wanatee, 40, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of violating terms of pre-trial release. Released Sept. 21 at 9:55 p.m. on surety bond.

10:13 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 14 year old male juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO, jailer, health care.
