Sept. 6

1:08 a.m.- Carl Lavelton Dixon, 37, Clear Lake, arrested at Cerro Gordo County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Sept. 10 at 11:45 a.m. after serving time.

3:20 a.m.- Darrin Michael Plowman, 22, Tama, arrested in 3300 blk. G Ave. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released at 4:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:25 p.m.- Carlos Sabas Ramirez, 47, Pleasant Hill, arrested at Polk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

Sept. 8

Michael Lee Swanson, 56, Toledo, arrested by Toledo Police on the charge of theft in the 5th degree.

6:01 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old male juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of two counts of assault Po, jailer, health care.

Sept. 9

12:30 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old female juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault Po, jailer, health care.

6:03 p.m.- Vestana Lidel Pushetonequa, 34, Tama, arrested in 1400 blk. Hwy. 30 on the charge of driving while barred. Released at 8:55 p.m. on surety bond.

Sept. 10

12:28 a.m.- Petrice Head, 36, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on an arrest warrant. She was also arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of assault without intent. Released at 12:35 p.m. on pre-trial release.

4:09 a.m.- Esterline Anne Roberts, 33, Tama, arrested in 400 blk. Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released at 8:45 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5 p.m.- James Dean Climer, 44, Tama, arrested in 400 blk. Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of simple assault. Released Sept. 11 at 2 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:36 p.m.- William Wayne Jefferson, 47, Montour, arrested in 400 blk. Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of simple assault. Released Sept. 11 at 4:50 p.m. on cash bond.

7 p.m.- James Henry Wilson, 42, Tama, arrested in Tama by Dept. of Correctional Services on a parole-probation violation.

9:15 p.m.- Jose Javier Araiza-Rodriguez, 33, Toledo, arrested at Hwy. 63 and 13th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license. Released Sept. 14 at 10:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 11

10:30 a.m.- Galen Keith Wanatee, 52, Tama, arrested on Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption 3rd offense.

9:30 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 48, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino Lounge by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 12 at 8:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:30 p.m.- Rick Willard Schlitter, 54, Vinton, arrested by Dysart Police on the charge of driving while license revoked.

10:10 p.m.- James Dean Youngbear, 44, Tama/Toledo, arrested at 13th and Harding by Tama Police on two arrest warrants for failure to appear. Released Dept. 12 at 2:15 on surety bond.

8:45 a.m.- Megan Marie Walker, 19, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of violating terms of pre-trial release. Released at 4:15 on surety bond.

6:15 p.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 18, Toledo, arrested at Toledo Police Dept. by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant. Released at 8:40 p.m. on surety bond.

2:11 a.m.- Aubrey Clifton Trail, 44, Falls City Neb., arrested at Baldwin County Jail by Tama Police on an arrest warrant and the charges of theft in the 2nd degree and ongoing criminal conduct.

Sept. 15

10:15 a.m.- Aubrey Clifton Trail, 44, Falls City Neb., arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on three arrest warrants.

11 a.m.- Ward Harold Wehrman, 43, Toledo/Tama, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two arrest warrants for violating terms of probation.

Sept. 16

1:27 a.m.- Lance Tyler Mauskemo, 22, Toledo, arrested at Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of drunken-drugged driving. Released at 1:45 p.m. on cash bond.

10:30 a.m.- Armando Lira Balderas, 47, Tama, arrested in 1100 blk. S. Broadway by Toledo Police on the charges of driving while license suspended and failyre to display registration plate. Released at 12:25 p.m. on cash bond.

Sept. 17

8:05 p.m.- Nicholas Alan Jackson, 29, Dysart, arrested at X Ave. and 190th St. by Dysart Police on the charges of drunken-drugged driving, neglect of dependent person and open container. Released Sept. 18 at 10:10 a.m. on pre-trial release.

10:24 p.m.- Nathanael Evan Sprott, 30, Mechanicsville, arrested at Hwy. 30 and N Ave. by Toledo Police on the charges of 1st degree robbery, drunken-drugged driving 3rd offense, possession of controlled substance, theft in the 4th degree and open container.

Sept. 18

12 p.m.- Ashley Marie Thompson, 23, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault. Released Sept. 19 at 10:40 a.m. on unsecured bond.
