11 p.m.- Derek Warren Poweshiek, 52, Montour, arrested in 100 blk. Deerfield Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption 3rd offense. Released Sept. 4 at 3:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 4

7:14 a.m.- Milo Buffalo III, 20, Waterloo, arrested in 200 blk. Deerfield Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of public intoxication-consumption and criminal trespass. Released Sept. 5 at 2:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:41 p.m.- Steven Louis Slick, 23, Alta Vista, arrested at Chickasaw County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released Sept. 9 at 4:40 p.m. on cash bond.

Sept. 5

2:28 p.m.- Brandy Angela Waetermans, 28, Tama, arrested by Toledo Police on the charges of neglect of dependent person, child endangerment, possession of controlled substance premises, vehicle, dwelling, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released at 9:45 p.m. on surety bond.

2:29 p.m.- Rogelio Guevara Jr., 28, Tama, arrested by Toledo Police on the charges of neglect of dependent person, child endangerment, possession of controlled substance premises, vehicle, dwelling, driving while barred, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released at 9:55 p.m. on surety bond.

3:30 p.m.- Millicent Lorene Johnson, 43, Tama, arrested in 600 blk. Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of simple assault. Released Sept. 6 at 11:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 6

12:22 a.m.- Ryan Charles Swanson, 22, Hudson, arrested at Hickory Hills Park by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken-drugged driving and diorderly conduct. Released at 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
