August 31

11:30 p.m.- Bradley Iassc Shuckahosee, 19, Tama, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 1 at 1:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 2

12:20 a.m.- William Michael Winch, 42, Ft. Atkinson, Wisc., arrested at Wood County Jail by Tama Police on an arrest warrant and two counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse.

8 a.m.- Jacob Ryan Hannah, 22, no address listed, arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance vehicle, premises, dwelling.

11:35 a.m.- The Toledo Police arrested a 13 year old male juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault-Po-jailer-health care.

12:30 p.m.- Wendell Wesley Conrad, 94, Waterloo, arrested at Hwy. 96 and F Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license suspended.

5:20 p.m.- Stewart Alan Stedman, 40, Traer, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of 4th degree theft.

Sept. 3

3:40 a.m.-Shyla Sheree Wolf, 19, Toledo, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charges of child endangerment, domestic abuse assault with injuries and public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 3 at 3:25 p.m. on pre-trial release.

8:45 a.m.- Josetta Rose Roberts, 28, Tama, arrested in 2800 block Hwy. T47 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving 3rd offense and driving while license revoked. Released Sept. 4 at 10:20 a.m. on pre-trial release.

9:30 a.m.- Lisa Marie Elm, 30, Toledo, arrested at court by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of violating conditions of pre-trial release. Released at 12:40 p.m. on surety bond.

6:02 p.m.- Dawn Dorothy Young, 32, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Rd. and 305th St. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of driving while license restricted. Released Sept. 4 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
