3:10 a.m.- Stephanie Marie Wood, 28, Traer, arrested in Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault Simple. Released at 12:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:52 a.m.- Cinthya Leilanny Porter, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy. 30 by Toledo Police on the charge of Drunken Driving. Released at 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:13 a.m.- Justin David Pierce, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested at Green and 5th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of Drunken Driving. Released at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:37 p.m.- Carlo Gallegos, 27, Marshalltown, arrested by Toledo Police on the charges of Driving While License Suspended and No Insurance.

8:26 p.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 19, Dysart, arrested in Dysart by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Domestic Abuse Assault With Intent and 1st Degree Harassment.

August 24

8 a.m.- Shannon Marie Verdeck, 30, Montezuma, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 3rd Degree Harassment.

9:52 p.m.- Jodi Ann Anderson, 40, Gilman, arrested at Dollar General parking lot by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on the charge of Driving While Barred. Released on August 25 at 1:30 a.m. on surety bond.

August 25

12:01 a.m.- Jesse Lee Oelmann, 19, Alden, arrested in Marshall County by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for violating terms of probation. Released on August 26 at 1:35 p.m. on personal recognizance.

7:19 p.m.- Dwight Alan Youngbear, 24, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released August 26 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.
