August 18

11:11 p.m.- Kerry Lea Jefferson, 29, Toledo, arrested at Town Pump by Tama Police on the charge of Drunken Driving. Released Aug. 19 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

August 19

1:15 a.m.- Marilee Renee Sanache, 35, Tama, arrested at Kwik Star by Toledo Police on the charge of Drunken Driving 2nd offense.

7:30 a.m.- Patrick Alan Dilworth, 44, Des Moines, arrested at Newton Correctional Facility by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violation terms of probation.

August 20

11:31 p.m.- Bobby Harold Lemaster, 51, Mount Olive, Ill. arrested at Tama Legion by Tama Police on the charge of Public Intoxication Consumption. Released Aug. 21 at 11:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:31 p.m.- Lucas Allen Diesselhorst, 29, Litchfield, Ill. arrested at Tama Legion by Tama Police on the charge of Public Intoxication Consumption. Released Aug. 21 at 3:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

August 21

4:30 a.m.- Jami Sue Kapayou, 51, Tama, arrested in 1400 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent.

7:50 a.m.- James Benjamin Galvin, 49, Tama/Walthill, Neb. arrested at Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on an arrest warrant.

9:44 p.m.- Ray Gene Tahahwah Jr., 46, Tama, arrested at 1100 block E. 5th St. by Tama Police on the charges of Public Intoxication Consumption and Simple Assault. Released Aug. 22 at 4:05 p.m. on unsecured bond.

10:21 p.m.- Trevor Royale Mauskemo, 29, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Meskwaki Nation tribal Police on the charge of Driving While Barred. Released Aug. 22 at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:49 p.m.- Alan Lee Ribby, 44, Brooklyn, arrested at 6th and Beautiful St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Drunken Driving, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Released Aug. 22 at 12:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

August 22

3:02 a.m.- Sergio Bejar Chavarria, 26, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault With Injuries. Released at 1:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
