2:08 a.m.- Lonnie Douglas Poweshiek, 30, Montour, arrested at 3000 Blk E Avenue by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on the charges of domestic abuse assault 2nd. Released on Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. on bond.

August 2

3:46 a.m.- Nickolas Scott Giannetto,18, Tama, arrested at 1300 Blk State St by the Tama Police Department on charges of drunken driving 1st. Released on August 4 at 11 a.m. on bond.

7:42 a.m.- Vestana Lidel Pushetonequa, 34, Tama, arrested at 1500 Blk 285th St by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges of public intoxication-consumption. Released at 12:40 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:00 p.m.- Anthony David Gryp, 45, Des Moines, arrested at 3800 Blk O Ave by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on the charges of Theft in the 4th degree and criminal trespassing. Released on August 3 at 9:20 a.m. on own recognizance.

11:00 p.m.- Joe Pearson, 58, Des Moines, arrested at 3800 Blk O Ave by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on the charges of theft in the 4th degree and Criminal Trespassing. Released on August 3 at 12:10 p.m. on own recognizance.

August 3

7:04 a.m.- Milo Buffalo III, 20, Tama, arrested at 600 Blk 13th St by the Tama Police Department on the charges of Public Intoxication-Consumption. Released on August 4 at 2:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:30 p.m.- Justin Michael Morris, 27, Eagle Grove, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Released Aug 4 at 10:20 a.m. on surety bond.

10:23 p.m.- Daniel Shane Warnell, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Released on Aug 4 at 10:20 a.m. on own recognizance.

August 4

4:10 p.m.- Jesse Daniel Lasley, 18, Tama, arrested at 200 Blk Red Earth Dr by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Released on Aug 5 at 3:20 p.m. on own recognizance.

8:31 p.m.- Anna Catherine Waseskuk, 38, Toledo, arrested at Hwy 63-30 by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges of Driving without a License and Violation of Financial Liability. Released at 9:55 on cash bond.

August 5

3:50 p.m.- Tommie Lewis Butler, 45, Ottumwa, arrested at St. Luke’s Hospital by the Toledo Police Department on charges of Theft in the 4th Degree, Theft in the 5th Degree, Ongoing Criminal Conduct, and two warrants.

7:18 p.m.- Joshua Joe Sprague, 33, Garwin, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for Failure to Appear.

8:15 p.m. Three Juveniles arrested at Iowa Juvenile Home by Toledo Police Department on charges of Assault on a Police Officer-Jailer-Healthcare.

10:47 p.m. Two Juveniles arrested at 700 Blk S County Rd by Toledo Police Department on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

August 7

12:10 a.m.- Breonne Deshay Buffalo, 18, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino parking lot by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges of Reckless Driving and Speeding. Released at 1:20 a.m. on cash bond.

3:43 a.m.- Jessie Pryce Calvert, 39, Montour, arrested at 300 Blk Divison St on the charges of Willful Injury 2 counts, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2 counts, Domestic Abuse Assault, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Released August 9 at 11:10 a.m. on surety bond.

3:22 p.m.- Evan Raye Kapayou, 39, Tama, arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police on charges of Criminal Trespassing. Released on August 19 at 5:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.
