July 12

7:55 a.m.- Cherilyn Eileen Blackcloud, 23, rural Tama, arrested in Tama Park on charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released July 13 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:20 a.m.- 17-year-old male arrested at Iowa Juvenile Home on a charge of assault of a police officer, jailer, health care worker by Toledo Police.

11:25 a.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 28, rural Elberon, arrested at un-noted location on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:30 p.m. on cash bond.

July 13

8:30 a.m.- Offelia Juanita Dillingham, 29, Garwin, arrested in Toledo on a charge of assault without intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:20 p.m.- Sharon Lee Drinvosky, 70, rural Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released at 9:45 p.m. on a promise to appear.

July 14

1:39 p.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 27, Toledo, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

1:40 p.m.- Andrew Jacob Goering, 22, Garwin, arrested at Marshalltown Residential Facility on a warrant. Released on July 15 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:18 p.m.- Joshua Scott Peters, 24, Davenport, arrested at the Davenport Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:20 p.m.- Rhonda Jean Himschoot, 38, Clarksville, arrested at 628-20 North Street on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 15-

Gregory Early Gruchow, 31, Traer, arrested at Taylor and 2nd Street on charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, 2nd offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 19 at 5 p.m.

11:50 a.m.- Anne Marie Potter, 41, Hazelton, arrested in Toledo n a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 24 at 11:50 a.m. on surety bond.

12:15 p.m.- Brenton Elliott Pushetonequa, 34, rural Tama, arrest of parole/probation violator. v\Released on Aug. 11 at 12:15 p.m. after serving time.

10:55 p.m.- Hugo Alvarez, 22, Tama, arrested at 4th and Park on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on July 16 at 12:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

July 16

3:23 a.m.- Murphy Aaron Blackcloud, 26, rural Tama, arrested on Red Earth Drive on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:24 p.m.- Douglas Harry Hala, 36, Tama, arrested in Tama on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 5:50 p.m. on surety bond.

11:14 p.m.- Brent Todd Mauskemo, 43, rural Tama, arrested at 1560 305th St.. on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on July 23 at 12:10 p.m.

July 17

8 a.m.- James andrew Laughlin, 40, rural Reinbeck, arrested at an un-noted location on charges of 3rd degree harassment and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at c10:05 a.m. on unsecured bond.

3 p.m.- Jason Troy Harriman, 36, rural traer, arrested at the Tama County jail on charges of willful injury and 2nd offense domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:40 p.m.- Dawn Dorothy Young, 32, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8 p.m. on surety bond.

11:44 p.m.- Issiah Thomas Roberts, 31, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Red Earth Drive on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 18 at 4 p.m. after pleading guilty.

July 18

12:25 a.m.- Lynn Ann Marie Krieg, 19, Marshalltown, arrested at 1303 Sesame Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on unsecured bond.

2:13 a.m.- Raul Mendez-Vasquez, 21, Charles City, arrested in the 100 block of East 5th Street on charges of public intoxication and possession of fraudulent documents by Tama Police.

8:21 a.m.- Allan Charles Lofquist, 28, rural Clutier, arrested at v2525 P Ave. on a charge of 3rd degree burglary, eight counts of possession of weapons by a felon, driving while barred, false report to law enforcement, criminal trespassing and interference with official acts. Released on Aug. 8 at 6 p.m. on surety bond.

July 19

10:30 a.m.- 16-year-old female arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
