June 30-

8:31 p.m.- Jay Fitzgerald Henry Jr., 18, Toledo, arrested in Tama on a charge of interference with official acts and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on July 1 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty. At 8:31 p.m. Henry was also arrested on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

July 1-

4:48 p.m.- Shawn David Hildahl, 31, Charles City, arrested in Toledo on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:06 p.m.- Robert James Morgan, 22, Tama, arrested in the 3100 block of E Avenue on as charge of consumption in public-intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 2 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:30 p.m.- Demetrius Edward Spencer, 18, rural Toledo, arrested in Toledo on charges of driving while license suspended and violation of financial liability by Toledo Police. Released on July 2 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 2-

6:35 p.m.- Donald Eugene Vokoun, 44, addresses of Garwin and St. Anthony, arrested in Garwin on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 3 at 10:50 a.m.

July 3-

12:08 a.m.- Kyle Anthony Gaydos, 24, Tama, arrested in Tama on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Tama Police. Released on July 4 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:28 a.m.- Oscar Ivan Laguna-Barbosa, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 3300 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of obstructing prosecution and driving while license suspended by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office.

11:42 p.m.- Gregory Allen Brown, 40, Garwin, arrested in Garwin on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse by Toledo Police. Released on July 4 at 12:30 p.m. after posting surety bond.

July 4

3:40 p.m.- Joe Waldo Purk, 37, Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of interference with official acts by Toledo Police.

July 5-

10:34 a.m.- Julie ann Skala, 45, Toledo, arrested on a charge of child endangerment by Toledo Police.

1:45 p.m.- Janet Marie Freeman, 25, Traer, arrested in Traer on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 6-

8 a.m.- 11-year-old male arrested on a charge of assault without intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:15 p.m.- Daniel Jeffrey hoffman, 30, Hudson, arrested in Hudson on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:38 p.m.- LeRoy James Bradley, 35, Traer, arrested in Traer on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 7-

8 a.m.- 15-year old male arrested on a charge of assault without intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10 a.m.- Levi Zachary Walter Meppelink, 18, Tama, arrested on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:44 p.m.- Peter Kyaw Thaung, 28, and Po Toe Toe, 22, both of Marshalltown arrested on charges of unlawful killing of a non-game bird, disorderly conduct and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 8 after pleading guilty.

7:44 p.m.- Maung Kway, 20, Marshalltown, arrested on charges of unlawful killing of a non-game bird, disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol as a minor by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 8 after pleading guilty.

July 8-

1:30 p.m.- Garren Edward Davenport, 20, Tama, arrested at Linn County Jail on an arrest warrant by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:45 p.m.- Arlo Stevens Wanatee, 40, Montour, arrested in Toledo on the charge of drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released July 9 at 9:55 a.m. on pre-trial release.

July 9-

12:28 a.m.- William Merle Bear, 38, Toledo, arrested in rural Tama on the charges of burglary with weapon, assault during felony and fifth degree theft by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2 a.m.- Ronald Lee Mumby, 48, Chelsea, arrested in rural Tama on the charges of driving while license restricted and driving while licnse suspended by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:15 p.m.- David Vernon Harriman, 54, Traer, arrested in rural Traer on the charges of second degree theft, third degree theft, fourth degree theft drunken driving, fifth degree theft nad falsifying public documents by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:30 p.m.- Glenn Curtis Lanphier, 43, Clutier, arrested in Clutier on the charge of driving while license restricted by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released July 10 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:46 p.m.- Leandra Larae Haughey, 26, Tama, arrested in Tama on the charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police.

July 10-

12:33 a.m.- Jan Niles Kapayou, 21, Tama, arrested in rural Tama on the charge of driving while license restricted by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:29 a.m.- John Thomas Archer, 45, Waterloo, arrested in Tama on the charges of drunken driving and driving while license suspended by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:59 p.m.- Carl Lavelton Dixon, 37, Clear Lake, arrested at Trading Post on the charge of driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released July 11 at 1:40 p.m. on surety bond.

July 11

6:34 a.m.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 35, Toledo, arrested in Tama on the charge of willful injury by Tama Police.

8:15 p.m.- Glenn Curtis Lanphier, 43, Clutier, arrested in Clutier on the charge of diorderly conduct by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released July 12 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 12

7:55 a.m.- Chrilyn Eileen Blackcloud, 23, Tama, arrested at Tama Park on the charge of public intoxication-consumption by Tama Police. Released July 13 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:20 a.m.- Toledo POlice arrested a 17 year old male juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault-Po-Jailer-Healthcare.

11:25 a.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 28, Elberon, arrested on an arrest warrant by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:30 p.m. on cash bond.

1:40 p.m.- Andrew Jacob Goering, 22, Garwin, arrested at Marshalltown Residential Facility on an arrest warrant nad the charge of driving while barred by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
