June 16

7:30 p.m.- Asencio Tovar-Tellez, 46, Marshalltown, arrested in Tama on the charges of driving while license suspended and no insurance. Released June 17 at 10:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

8:05 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 25, Tama, arrested in Toledo on the charges of domestic abuse assault with injuries, obstructing an emergency phone call and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9 a.m.- Cyrus Steven Stewart, 46, Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of consumption – public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 8:50 p.m. on a promise to appear in court.

9:41 p.m.- Arnold Denzile Anfinson, 476, Waterloo, arrested in Black Hawk County on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 17-

7 a.m.- Beau Jason Lasley, 26, rural Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of consumption in public-intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:30 p.m.- 15-year-old male arrested at the Iowa Juvenile home – State Training School for Girls on a charge of assault of a police officer- jailer – health care worker by Toledo Police.

June 18-

10:50 p.m.- Jacob Edward Hardy, 24, Traer, arrested4d in Traer on a charge of consumption in public-intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 19 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 19-

1:46 a.m.- Terry Lee Schoenut II, 26, Tama, arrested in Tama on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and child endangerment by Tama Police. At 2:55 a.m. Schoenhut was charged at the Tama County Jail in Toledo with interference with official acts by Toledo Police. Released at 2:25 p.m. after posting surety bond.

1 p.m.- Lori Ann Matejka, 47, Tama, arrested in Tama on a charge of 2nd degree harassment by Tama Police.

9:30 p.m.- Jason Edward LaForte, 38, Dysart, arrested in Dysart on a charge of 1st degree harassment by Dysart Police.

June 20-

6:06 a.m.- Armando Martinez-Rodriguez, 22, Cedar Rapids, arrested in Toledo on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

4:02 p.m.- Elton John Roberts, 35, rural Tama, arrested in Toledo on charges of domestic abuse assault, 3rd or subsequent offense and consumption in public-intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on July 1 at 3:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

6:57 p.m.- Cindy Remetch Ireland, 51, Waterloo, arrested in the 300 block of J Avenue on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on June 21 at 9:55 a.m.

June 21-

6:10 p.m.- James Dean Climer, 44, Cedar Rapids, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of criminal trespass by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 22 at 12:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.

June 22-

12:47 a.m.- Jacob Guzman, 34, Corpus Christi, Texas, arrested on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

D12:52 a.m.- Donald Edward Taylor, 38, St. Louis, Mo., arrested on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

8:30 a.m.- Suzanne Jean Svoboda, 59, addresses of Clutier and rural Clutier, arrested in Toledo on charges of 3rd and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

10:40 p.m.- Kerry Lea Jefferson, 29, rural Toledo, arrested at rural Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact – protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 23 at 2:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:02 pm.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 35, rural Toledo, arrested at rural Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact – protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1 p.m. on June 23 on personal recognizance bond.

June 23-

11 a.m.- 17-year-old male arrested in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:36 p.m.- 16-year-old female arrested at the Iowa Juvenile home – State Training School for Girls on a charge of assault of a police officer- jailer – health care worker by Toledo Police.

10:13 p.m.- Terrance Dion Rush, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested in Tama on a charge of driving while barred and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on June 24 at 2:55 p.m.

June 24-

9:10 a.m.- Jeffrey Lee Graham, 38, addresses of West Des Moines and Clive, arrested in Toledo n a charge of consumption in public – intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 4:45 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:53 p.m.- Chase Lasley-Sanache, 20, rural Tama, arrested at rural Tama on two warrants for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

June 25-

12:01 a.m.- Kevin Ernest Buresh, 52, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on June 25 at 8:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:52 p.m.- Rogelio Guevara Jr., 28, Tama, arrested on two counts of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:41 p.m.- Richard Alexander Diaz, 20, Dysart, arrested in Dysart on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Dysart Police. Released on June 26 at `10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 26-

1:47 a.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 45, rural Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on June 26 at 3 p.m.

10:29 p.m.- Betsy Kay Johnston, 32, Traer, arrested in Traer on charges of consumption in public-intoxication and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 27 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:52 p.m.- Johna Lynn Eller, 27, Moore, Okla., arrested at U.S. 30 and N Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 27 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6 p.m.- Brenton Elliott Pushetonequa, 34, rural Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 3rd offense consumption in public-intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on June 29 at 11:55 a.m.

6 p.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 27, Toledo, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 3rd offense consumption in public-intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on June 29 at 3:25 p.m.

6 p.m.- LaVonne Clarice Jefferson, 38, rural Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 3rd offense consumption in public-intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
