June 13

1 a.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 28, Elberon, arrested at rural Elberon on the charge of driving while license restricted by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:10 a.m.- Diaz Vincent Sheridan, 22, Toledo, arrested in Tama on an arrest warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released June 15 at 11:20 a.m. after serving time.

7:15 p.m.- Ronald Lee Mumby, 47, Chelsea, arrested in Chelsea on the charge of driving while license suspended by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released June 14 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9 p.m.- Rocio Pena-Martinez, 25, Tama, arrested in Tama on the charge of criminal trespass by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released June 15 at 10:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9 p.m.- Patricia Barrientos-Sotelo, 23, Tama, arrested in Tama on the charge of driving without a license by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released June 15 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 14

3:15 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 16 year old male juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of second degree criminal mischief.

6:30 p.m.- Brenton James Roberts, 29, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant by Toledo Police and on a charge of simple assault by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 15

12 p.m.- Lisa Marie Proesch, 38, Elberon, arrested in Tama on the charge of driving while barred by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:25 p.m. on surety bond.

June 16

9 a.m.- Cyrus Steven Stewart, 46, Tama, arrested at Tama Park on the charge of public intoxication-consumption by Tama Police. Released at 8:50 p.m. on a promise to appear.

7:30 p.m.- Asencio Tovar-Tellez, 46, Marshalltown, arrested in Tama on the charges of driving while license suspended and no insurance. Released June 17 at 10:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

8:05 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 25, Tama, arrested in Toledo on the charges of domestic abuse assault with injuries, obstructing an emergency phone call and possession of drug paraphernalia.
