11 a.m.- Jose Alberto Nunez-Sanchez, 24, Tama, arrested in Toledo on charges of driving without a license and violation of restricted license by Toledo Police. Released on May 10 at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

4:29 p.m.- Shawn Michael Dille, 20, Ankeny, arrested in the 1000 block of 2nd Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:35 p.m. after posting surety bond.

4:29 p.m.- Chelsey Ann Cunningham, 20, Ankeny, arrested in the 1000 block of 2nd Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:25 p.m. after posting surety bond.

9:40 p.m.- William Roger Wanatee Jr., 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive on a charge of assault without intent by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police..

May 6

2:12 p.m.- Bradley James Iverson, 32, Grinnell, arrested on a warrant for violation of terms of probation at the Tama county Sheriff’s Office in Toledo.

9 p.m.- Nick Daniel Chesser, 38, Waterloo, arrested in the 500 block of Iowa Highway 21, Dysart, on a charge of domestic abuse assault, 2nd offense, by Dysart Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 7 at 11:05 a.m.

11:14 p.m.- Keenan Lee Bear, 21, rural Tama, arrested on a charge of public intoxication on Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 7 at 4:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

May 8

2:03 a.m.- Jessica Lynn Steveson, 23, Vinton, arrested on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container at a sub station location by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7 p.m.- Jose Ruiz-Navarrete, 33, Mason City, arrested on a warrant for violation of terms of probation at the Cero Gordo County jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 3 at 7:50 a.m. after serving time.

May 10-

10:33 p.m.- Matthew Mark Huebner, 28, Readlyn, arrested on a charge of public intoxication 2nd offense at the Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 11 at 1:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 11

Noon- Esterline Anne Roberts, 32, rural Tama, arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing in the 400 block of Red Earth Drive by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 12 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:28 p.m.- Joshua Scott Peters, 24, Davenport, arrested at Jiffy South on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 12 at 10:50 a.m.

4:27 p.m.- Jeffrey Dwayne Romman, 47, Garrison, arrested at Iowa Highway 21 and 160th Street on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, eluding or attempting to elude law enforcement and driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 13 at 11:40 a.m. after posting surety bond.
