2:26 a.m.- Caitlin Marlene Rosol, 22, Waterloo, arrested at Hwy. 63 and 8 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of public intoxication-consumption and disorderly conduct. released at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:53 p.m.- Hang Mun Khai, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy. 63 and K Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken-drugged driving.

10:50 p.m.- Adam Ray Mattingly, 31, Toledo, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of domestic abuse assault simple. Released May 3 at 10 a.m. on unsecured bond.

10:57 p.m.- Sandy Jean McAntire, 44, Chelsea, arrested in rural Chelsea by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of child endangerment. Released May 3 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Tuesday, May 4

3:32 a.m.- Yvette Corine Davila, 51, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released May 4 at 1:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Wed., May 5

12:25 a.m.- Tama County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 16 year old male juvenile on the charges of assault without intent and obstructing an emergency phone call.
