Sat., April 24

8:12 a.m.- Nicholas Robert Aker, 20, Belle Plaine, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of public intoxication-consumption and possession under age making available. Released April 25 at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:12 a.m.- Gerrod Ray Lurvey, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of public intoxication-consumption. Released April 25 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:31 p.m.- Cody Albert Westcott, 27, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama Police on the charge of harassment. Released April 25 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:33 p.m.- Charity Sunshine Marie McDannel, 28, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama Police on the charge of harassment and an arrest warrant. Released at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

3:30 p.m.- Joshua Eugene Schoenhut, 27, Montour, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 5:35 p.m. on surety bond.

6:27 p.m.- Llewellyn Roberts, 46, Montour, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

8:32 p.m.- Wayman Joseph Wolf, 26, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on two arrest warrants. Released at 9:15 p.m. on surety bond.

10:35 p.m.- Starla Fawn Durnin, 25, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two arrest warrants and by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of assault with intent and simple assault. Released May 1 at 10:55 p.m. after serving time.

Sunday, April 25

2:45 a.m.- Dawn Dorothy Young, 32, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken-drugged driving and driving while license suspended. Released at 1:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:52 a.m.- Salvador Perez, 30, Des Moines, arrested at Hwy. 30 and Iowa River bridge by Tama Police on the charge of assault without intent. Released at 9:05 p.m. on surety bond.

4:30 p.m.- Esterlene Anne Roberts, 32, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of criminal trespass. Released April 26 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Monday, April 26

8:33 a.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 17 year old male juvenile at Kwik Star on the charge of theft in the 5th degree.

2:01 p.m.- David Allen Murray, 58, LaPorte City, arrested in Black Hawk County by Dysart Police on the charges of sexual abuse 2nd degree and lacivious acts with a child.

Tuesday, April 27

8:01 a.m.- Richard Bruce Parkes, 68, Dysart, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of carrying weapons, possession of controlled substances, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9 p.m.- Ward Harold Wehrman, 43, Toledo, arrested at Linn County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants for violating terms of probation and two warrants for failure to appear.

Wed., April 28

4:28 a.m.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with injuries.

10 a.m.- Bryan John Meppelink, 20, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failur to appear. Released April 29 at 11:30 a.m. on pre-trial release.

2:30 p.m.- Anthony Ervin Shaw Jr., 20, Tama, arrested at Black Hawk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

3:10 p.m.- Brian William Prugh, 50, Waterloo, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred. Released at 5:40 p.m. on cash bond.

8:44 p.m.- Ryan Scott Gooding, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Polcie on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 9:45 p.m. on surety bond.

Thurs., April 29

3:15 p.m.- Lyndon Bert Johnson, 35, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of parole-probnation violation.

5:45 p.m.- Santana Nadine Lau, 21, Toledo arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of contempt of court. Released April 30 at 3:45 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

Friday, April 30

4:50 p.m.- Meskwaki Tribal Polcie arrested a 16 year old male juvenile in Toledo on the charge of simple assault.

Sat., May 1

3:18 a.m.- Joleen renee Olguin, 32, Tama, arrested in rural Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken-drugged driving and open container. Released at 10:55 a.m. on pre-trial release.

5:11 p.m.- Santana Nadine Lau, 21, Toledo, arrested at Pheasant Ridge by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple assault.
