1:43 p.m.- Candace Marie Freeman, 40, Tama, arrested at Polk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released April 22 at 1:25 p.m. after serving time.

9:45 p.m.- Wesley Alan Bear, 33, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released April 20 at 3:55 p.m. on cash bond.

Tuesday, April 20

6:50 a.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 17 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault PO-jailer-healthcare.

11:40 a.m.- Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr., 18, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on a warrant and the charge of simple assault. Released at 7:15 p.m. on cash bond.

2:10 p.m.- Rogelio Guevara Jr., 28, Tama, arrested at Department of Criminal Services on two counts of violating terms of pre-trial release. Released at 7 p.m. on surety bond.

8:27 p.m.- Gerald William Oliver Jr., 42, Toledo, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on three arrest warrants for violating terms of probation.

Thurs., April 22

10:05 a.m.- Lisa Marie Elm, 30, Tama, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while barred. Released at 11:15 p.m. on surety bond.

8:06 p.m.- Ubaldo Lopez-Alvarez, 23, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of driving without a license. Released April 23 at 11:25 a.m. on unsecured bond.

8:30 p.m.- Kolin William Ferneau, 18, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession of controlled substance premises-vehicle-dwelling.

10:30 p.m.- Matthew Allen Ryan, 18, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession of controlled substance premises-vehicle-dwelling.
